The module allows you to define any relevant (for inspection, repair, revision and legalization) elements of employee equipment – one-time schemes or permanent templates (along with relevant individual characterization parameters).

The module is responsible for the process of training, authorization, privilege updates and instructions.
Automation of the process, integration with the Employee Documentation module, customization of templates, document templates and the use of mobile devices facilitate and optimize the process of managing employee authorizations.

The system area provides tools to support the collection, archiving and sharing of documentation resources confirming the acquired authorizations of employees, as well as documentation resources and assignment to a specific type of tool, with the legally required continuity of traceability of characteristics and properties along with the history of operation of the item.
The module allows the user to define the expiration date of a document related to an employee or equipment, and automatically warns about the approaching expiration date of the document.

The module is responsible for the process of registration, verification and settlement of working time, of any employee (including external subcontractors) performing any activity in the RailSoft system.

The Railsoft system in the contract management module allows you to register the terms of the contract.
The process involves assigning the appropriate units to the repairer, defining the types of overhauls and repairs to be performed, the activities that are necessary and the side activities performed during regular maintenance work.

The dynamic design of the functionality allows costs to be appropriately allocated to the type of exemption being implemented.

Maintenance integration pins the registered request to a specific contract calculating the approximate cost of the repair performed.
By issuing data to a third-party workshop on the browser side, it allows you to adjust the services to be performed and return an invoice for the repair with a detailed cost estimate according to the contract points.
The contracts module works closely with the maintenance module, inspections, transport units file and contractors file.
The items written in the contract are applicable both in the office and from a mobile device or browser in mobile or web.
This module is integrated with Ascent.

The functionality of the technical document repository allows us to assign specific attachments to the right piece of equipment, taking into account its type and the type of requirements and specifications of the Safety Directive.

Taking into account the safety rules for carrying out inspections of railroad vehicles according to the Safety Directive of 2016/98, a module of Measurement Cards has been created in Railsoft.
This functionality is an indispensable tool for the proper performance of inspections and repairs of traction vehicles and wagons.
The module allows you to add templates of measurement cards as in PDF form according to the DSU applicable to the type of unit.

The measurements completed in it are transferred with the maintenance request to the Workshop CRM module for completion by the repair shop.
Each piece of equipment listed in the Maintenance System Documentation for a given type has corresponding card templates assigned to it.
Thanks to the dynamic operation and configuration of the appropriate cards for P1-P3 overhauls and P4 and P4 repairs, only those documents with the parameters that should be filled in will be indicated when issuing the workshop performance registration form.

Rolling stock maintenance statistics – a set of indicators and reports showing the data of maintenance requests, i.e.
inspections, repairs, maintenance work and failures that enable analysis of the effectiveness of the work performed and the frequency of their occurrence.

The rolling stock maintenance module in the mobile application allows handling processes related to the maintenance and upkeep of railroad vehicles.
The main functionalities allow to carry out a full shutdown, register defects and record notes and photos for documentation of damaged elements.
The user of the mobile application has free access to the status of operated vehicles and the history of activities performed on the vehicle, along with the record of defects.
