Customers
Freely define and complete the list of customers. Assign relevant companies to specific salespeople while creating an organized list by caregiver. Along with adding companies, complete the contact information of people, activities, message content and emails.
Activities and schedules
Create an action list to remind you of opportunities created and appointments made. Navigate comfortably and filter activities through an inventory that will clearly indicate which activities are completed, overdue or scheduled. Prioritize those activities that should take priority in the department’s task schedule.
The schedule will allow you to fill your calendar with selected commercial activities. There you can see what other users’ task plans look like. The simple interface is visually based on a calendar which allows for quick operation and editing.
Sales
The most important functionality of the system. Here we have the opportunity to create a specific sales opportunity based on all customer data, meetings and prior contact.
Cost estimate and bid
The system allows you to perform calculations consisting of both purchase materials (possible integration with online stores, supplier platforms) and in-house or external services. The system also has a pricing module that can be handled by specialized departments (e.g., Project Manager – step-by-step, hourly pricing of a complex project) and then pulled into a cost estimate.
Order processing
The system allows full registration of orders from bids, along with monitoring of their execution on both the cost and revenue sides. Ordering to suppliers, receiving purchase orders, tracking serial numbers, issuing to the customer with handling of receiving protocols.
Define and preview customer contracts
The module is used to register the contract and its parameters to the system after it is signed by the customer. The solution provides the ability to define levels of service quality indicators for the services provided (SLA – response time, turnaround time, etc…). The system provides the ability to record one-time contracts, framework contracts, project contracts, commercial contracts, multi-stage contracts, etc. .Each contract may include different types of services with individual parameters for their implementation.
Contract execution and settlement
The module is able to automate and speed up the process of contract billing, and this includes generating monthly “slots” containing the number of actually disposed labor hours or lump sum services.
Hours can be rounded to the indicated minimum value, e.g. to 20 min, 30 min or always counted from each hour started. The system gives the possibility to mark some entries as Contractor’s cost in case of hours negotiation with the client. With the help of this module, it is possible to generate protocols of the services performed, which can then be forwarded to the customer along with the invoice.
Contract profitability, analytics and integrations
The system provides the ability to analyze the profitability of contracts. You can see in it all the costs, i.e. External purchases, the value of disposed employee hours according to. a predetermined rate, commuting and other costs assigned to the contract. These costs are then compared to the revenue generated and a margin is calculated in several possible ways.
The software, thanks to its open architecture, offers the possibility of integration with any HelpDesk, Project Management, as well as ERP system.
